Having been Chair and a member of multiple Selection Panels we have the inside knowledge of the process and what is required to achieve an interview. We also have the expertise to edit school and university theses and individual performance reviews. As Managing Consultant I have qualifications in psychology (BA - Psych - Flinders Uni; law (LLB - Adelaide Uni), 15 years in private enterprise and 12 years in State Government middle management.
